- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service and lazy employees. I had a loan with them, twice to be exact....they kept sending me letter to be a return customer even though they left nasty messages if I was even one day late!! So I needed a very small loan recently, and called the office to run everything over the phone, was told all was good, then drove there to be told they couldn't do it becuase I was slightly behind on my car payment (which I have paid on for almost 3 years now consistently). I better not get one more piece of mail saying that they want my business....and I will not be referring anyone to them!! Why do you think people need loans?? Because they are caught up on all of there payments?? Uuuum no....Good Luck getting any business this way!!!By Tara Shipman, December 24, 2016
