- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It seems like the entire staff at this branch has jumped ship over the past 2 years. Be especially careful of the "Investments" side of the house. They will provide fantasy information to get your money and then CYA by putting wording in the paperwork that exempts BB&T from any and all liability. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional investment firm such as Fidelity or Edward Jones. Any of them will be more honest and straight forward than the investment side of this bank.
